Venture Club was founded in 2022, with funding from MetaCartel Ventures (the first investment DAO in web3, with a number of well known crypto founders), Gabby Dizon, and a long list of angel investors. Our team consists of Eric Arsenault, Jesse B. Miller, and Chidinma Egbukichi, and legal council Yev Muchnik.

Eric Arsenault is the CEO of Venture Club. Eric graduated from McGill University as an Engineer in 2009, and has been an entrepreneur since 2014 when he founded his first startup. In 2017, he discovered crypto, and in 2018 became one of the first full time contributors to DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations). He’s worked with a number of prominent projects in the crypto space, including DAOstack, YGG, Rarible, and Opolis, with a specific focus on governance design, legal structures for DAOs, tokenomics, and ecosystem growth. Since 2019, he’s explored the intersects of venture and web3 via MetaCartel Ventures, Hydra, and now Venture Club.

Jesse B. Miller is the co-founder and CPO of Venture Club and leads product efforts. Prior to Venture Club, he was a product and project manager with dOrg, a web3 worker collective. There he helped streamline internal business processes and worked directly with clients like Cent and Aragon. He also was product manger for both the data and internal tools teams at the fintech unicorn Amount. He was an early adopter of Ethereum and was one of the first to do engineering work directly for a DAO (Genesis Alpha).

Chidinma Egbukichi is a founding engineer and full-stack developer. Chidinma graduated from MIT and has worked at companies including Pinterest, Acumen and Swantide.

Yev Muchnik is a securities lawyer who has been working in the crypto space since 2020. She works closely with Venture Club to ensure we remain compliant.
